Filippos Ziras

Filippos Ziras is a legal practitioner with extensive experience in corporate, real estate, commercial, tax, and investment law, advising corporate groups, family offices, private investors, and real estate entities across Greece and international markets. His practice focuses on corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and strategic legal risk management.
 

Having started his career in 2009, Filippos has successfully advised on complex investment projects, corporate reorganizations, financing structures, and multi-jurisdictional legal matters involving Greece, Switzerland, Cyprus, the United Kingdom, and the United States. He regularly supports clients throughout the full lifecycle of corporate and investment transactions, from legal due diligence and structuring to negotiation, execution, and post-closing compliance.
 

Prior to his current role, Filippos served as Legal Counsel to an international family office and group of companies operating in Europe and the United States, where he advised on corporate finance, venture capital investments, banking transactions, tax matters, regulatory compliance, and cross-border business operations. He has also held leadership positions as Head of Legal Department for a diversified group of companies, overseeing complex corporate, tax, employment, and commercial law matters.
 

Filippos holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Trade Law from the University of Nancy II and an International MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business. He is an accredited mediator and has been appointed by the Greek State as a mediator in debt restructuring negotiations under Law 4469/2017. His multidisciplinary background allows him to combine legal expertise with commercial insight, delivering practical and business-oriented solutions to clients operating in dynamic and highly regulated environments.
