My Story
He brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of corporate law,
international commerce and asset management. He served as Head of Legal at a
NYSE-listed company, where he led the legal function across complex cross-border
transactions, regulatory compliance and corporate governance at a public-company
standard. That background informs a practice that is as comfortable with institutional
rigour as it is with the discretion and personalisation that private clients require.
His transactional and advisory experience spans shipping, general commercial law, real
estate in Greece, the United Kingdom, the United States and the UAE, and the yachting
and leisure marine sector. In each of these areas he has acted not only as legal adviser
but as project manager — coordinating multidisciplinary teams, external counsel and
counterparties through to completion.
Andreas now focuses on private wealth structuring and international succession
planning, advising clients on the creation and coordination of legal frameworks for the
holding, management and generational transfer of assets. His work in this area draws
directly on his transactional background: an understanding of how assets are structured,
held and moved in practice, across the jurisdictions where his clients live and invest.
He is a member of the Piraeus Bar Association (admitted 2002) and works closely with
counsel, trustees, fiduciaries and advisers in Greece, Cyprus and internationally.
